We kept the original theme throughout but used top of the line products. Some of the work that was done; complete re-wire, insulation of walls and ceiling, new single hung windows, refinished hardwood floors, re-stored existing light fixtures and hardware, repaired all interior and exterior plaster, new kitchen (there was no kitchen when purchased bare walls only), all new heating and air-conditioning system (original floor register were used) re-roofed, complete bath re-store, fencing and complete landscape..
