We have our own remediating equipment to do the job ourselves or we can use our qualified mold subcontractors. We also have the knowledge of 47 years’ experience in home construction and remodeling. After the remediation is complete we will hire a third party to come in and inspect our work and take the necessary air samples, then the samples are sent to a lab for testing. The testing company will then draw a report from the lab results, stating if the remediation has been effective and the project has resumed normal condition. After normal conditions exist and the moisture intrusion has been repaired, then the repairs to the project can start.
