We purchased this home on 3-1-2005 at the courthouse steps auction (Ron Cox the Green Bay Packers football player’s home). We did a complete remodel to the entire home interior and exterior. Drilled two new wells and installed a water storage system, new landscaped, new fencing, added skylights, drew plans and engineered drawings for an illegal room addition, then permitted and brought the addition to currant codes. Complete kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled, tile flooring and carpeting.
