Project Galleries: Vagedes | Purdue | 15th | Collins Kitchen 15th This Seaside (old beach home of 1950's Portland mayor), small and cramped beach house was in complete disarray with dry rot everywhere, it was completely remodeled and two small additions were added. The home originally was about 600 sq ft., and then a bad addition was done many years ago. We re-designed this small home to get the most of the small space. Now this beach house is 1,100 sq ft 3 bed room 2 baths. Some of the remodel included: re-roof, all dry rot repaired, new windows and siding, new decks, complete re-wire, gas fireplace, re-finish existing hardwood floors and install new hardwood at additions, all new drywall down to the studs, all new plumbing and electrical fixtures, cabinets, tile and granite counters and appliances.
