We also do complete re-habs like this one on 10620 N Meridian. This home was a REO property. Some of the repairs done to this home included; Trash out, rekey, dry rot repairs to fascia and wood trim, paint exterior trim, repair drywall, paint interior complete two colors, repair kitchen counter tile, new linoleum and carpets, appliances, smoke detectors and water heater straps and a final sales clean. This is a typical re-hab but we also do re-habs that require very minor to major repairs. All jobs have these after photos for our clients and are emailed with invoices.
